A trauma expert trained by Peter Levine's institute Somatic Experiencing International®️. I have helped 100s of people over the last 13 years heal from trauma symptoms, emotional struggles, and psychosomatic ailments, using a blend of Massage, Somatic Experiencing, and Psychedelic medicines. My specialty is in finding and renegotiating deeply held beliefs that anchor our patterns and behaviors and halt the healing process. Since spending the last few years studying all things entrepreneurship and building a successful, scalable business model, I've taken all my wisdom and crafted a program that is designed to help YOU - The purposeful healer and entrepreneur - learn somatics AND build, market, and sell offers that light up your soul.

Especially as a teacher or coach, it's amazing to have a full toolbelt to interface with whatever challenges come up for our clients. Somatics is a language that when learned, grants us access to direct conversation with our unconscious mind - The part that houses our trauma, fuels our bodies reactions and responses to stress, and stores our deep agreements about life. In this program, you will have access to countless techniques and somatic strategies to change our stress responses and heal our unhelpful agreements about life, for yourself and everyone you touch.

Here's a bit more about me.
Surpassing even my credentials, the thing that I feel most accomplished for in life is my journey through my own "dark night of the soul". in 2015 I was navigating complex PTSD symptoms and a full-blown mental meltdown complete with pre-verbal trauma and lineage wounds. My own healing process navigated my life forward from my career of bodywork, into an intimate healing journey with psychedelics, Somatic Experiencing, and mindset work and eventually into what is in many ways the life of my dreams - complete with the career and partnership beyond what I could have imagined.
I am a trauma expert trained by Somatic Experiencing International, I've been working professionally with trauma healing, the body, and psychedelic medicines for over 4+ years and have utilized that wisdom in my entrepreneurial journey for 6 years now.
I know, much like you probably do, how everything is tied together. Physical, emotional, mental, financial, relational, vocational. I am here to work with you on a specific issue, yes. However, I am also here to teach you a tried and true process of becoming someone who can heal every area of your life. Someone who has excellent frameworks to understand their nervous system, reality, emotions, their business, and can apply those to every situation they face. Effectively becoming the person who fits into the life of their dreams.
